Stephanie Christenson CSCS, RYT, AEA is the head trainer at Mid-Valley Athletic Club and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Stephanie also has a bachelors Degree in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) form Penn State. She has experience working with all populations including pre and post natal, individuals with Parkinson’s Disease, Active Older Adults and teens. She has 10 years experience in the fitness field personal training, teaching group exercise, managing programs, and working with special populations. Along with her certification and degree, Stephanie is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance and AEA certified as an aqua exercise instructor. She has a down to earth approach to fitness. Stephanie views fitness as a not only a way to feel better every day but as as preventive medicine. "Through fitness you can feel great today and feel better tomorrow." She believes in treating everyone as an individual with individual needs, and making sure all of their fitness and functional needs are met through a sustainable and fun exercise program. Ashley Leal CPT (AFAA) E-RYT is a certified personal trainer and certified yoga instructor. Her extensive knowledge about the body through her yoga experience provides her with a body based perspective of fitness. Ashley encourages her clients to discover what they like about exercise and provides them with a personally designed workout that they can enjoy. Aron Talenfeld CPT (ACE) works with individuals of all ages and abilities to create programs that are safe, effective, and fun. He helps weekend warriors and serious athletes alike to define and achieve their fitness goals. Aron can give you the tools you need to reduce body fat, build muscle, and improve your flexibility, agility, balance, and overall well-being. Michael Urquhart CPT (AFAA) CTC (TA) is a certified Personal Trainer and Indoor Cycling Instructor at Mid-Valley Athletic Club. His formal training and education is in the field of biology/ physiology. He has been a personal trainer for 15 years. He started as a fitness trainer for the US Army while he was serving. He has designed a multitude of training programs for clients based on their individuality. These programs included weight training, cardiovascular training, sports specific training and nutrition training. Michael has also worked extensively in developing aerobics programs for those with Parkinson’s disease. Mike is also a Certified Triathlon Coach. He has been in the sport of triathlon for over 25 years. He has coached all levels of athletes. His personal training and coaching technique is based on the theory of periodization. This a scientific approach to training based on physiological adaptations. He uses science because it is his expertise. By using sound physiological principles, a safe no nonsense training plan can be developed and implemented. Email Michael

Noah Ench CPT (ACSM)
Noah is a certified personal trainer through American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He has two years of professional experience and years of personal experience through sports and training. He works with all ages and abilities including active older adults and special populations. With a friendly and patient approach Noah can work on any individual goal to meet you fitness needs.
